What we collect

When you enquire, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the number of travellers, when you would like to travel and anything you tell us about your trip. If you book, we will also need details such as passport information and any dietary or health requirements that affect your travel.

Why we use them

To reply to your enquiry, plan and book your travel, and look after you during your journey. We do not use your details for anything else without asking you first, and we do not sell them.

Who else sees them

Our website host and email provider process your enquiry so that it reaches us. When you book, we share the details a hotel, airline, guide or other supplier needs to deliver your journey, and only those details.

How long we keep them

For as long as we need them to handle your enquiry or booking and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@signaturebreaks.in.
